Meet Jim Lundwall
A Journey Well Traveled
My real estate career began on Bainbridge Island in 1979. I started with a small company known as Kushner, Stringer and Hill, Inc which later became what we now know as Windermere Real Estate / Bainbridge Island. There I learned the real estate business from the three seasoned and capable owners. In 1981 I became licensed as an associate broker and for the next nine years continually ranked as one of the top island agents.
In 1990 I accepted a new opportunity. Windermere was expanding to Poulsbo and I had been recruited to manage this new store. We started with two agents, a run down building and lots of good intentions. I managed that office through construction of a new building, a sizeable addition and increased the number of agents to thirty-five. In time I was selected as the Designated Broker for that office and five other Windermere offices that are located around the Puget Sound. In 1998 I left Windermere and purchased the Prudential Real Estate offices in Poulsbo and Bainbridge Island. Soon after beginning ownership I again became the Designated Broker for six Prudential Real Estate offices that were owned under an LLC. I was also elected and served for three years as the chairman of the owners of the Prudential Real Estate offices located in the state of Washington. In 2004 I sold my Prudential Real Estate offices and returned to Windermere Real Estate / Bainbridge Island.
I have come full circle. First as an agent, then a manager, designated broker, owner and now again an agent. What does this mean to you? It means that I am the most well versed real estate agent you can find. I have reviewed and been a part of thousands of real estate contracts, problems and situations. In our working real estate relationship this knowledge and experience will provide you the most seamless and professional transaction. One that is virtually guaranteed to have a successful conclusion. No other agent has been in as many stress filled real estate contract situations, fought as many battles and won as often.
I enthusiastically look forward to each new day and the challenges it may bring. I hope that the real estate transaction we are involved in will be smooth sailing. Regardless, rest assured that you've selected the best advocate available and I'm looking forward to assisting you.
